Terms of Service

SECTION 1: PAYMENT DETAILS1. Payment upfront by Artistree invoice. Clients within the US may opt for Stripe, Square or Paypal for an additional $10 USD.2. Commissions priced $200+ may accept a 50% deposit up front with the remaining 50% due before the final delivery.3. Payment plans offered for commissions priced $300+.4. All deposits and payments are non-refundable upon payment except in the specific case where the Artist chooses to cancel the commission (in which case a full refund will be issued).SECTION 2: PROCESS DETAILS1. Delivery time may be between one and four weeks with regular communication and updates, depending on complexity and queue.2. No part of the artwork may involve Generative AI, but the Artist may accept AI-generated references from the Client.3. The Artist reserves the right to accept or decline any commission for any reason with no explanations.SECTION 3: USE1. The license granted is for personal, non-commercial use only. The Client may not mint, sell, or otherwise commercialize the artwork (including as NFTs, merchandise, prints for sale, etc.) without a separate written commercial license.2. The Client must always credit Artist as Nef Arius or simply Nef when exhibiting the artwork; no need for crediting in more private contexts.3. The Artist retains rights to their work, which include the right to distribute, reproduce, copy, alter, and post the commission in a portfolio or social media.4. The Client may not use the artwork as input for any generative AI, machine-learning model, or similar technology (including “training” or “fine-tuning”), for any purpose, without prior written permission from the Artist.
